Foreign companies
Conference bookings, made by foreign registred companies, require a prepaid deposit of 75%. The outstanding amount may be paid by credit card on departure. The reservation will not be quearanteed until we have received the deposit. If the client requires a day to think it over, a preliminary booking can be made upon agreement. However, the preliminary booking is not guaranteed by either party.
An invoice will be sent both by fax and e-mail as soon as we have received an order by phone, e-mail, fax or post. The deposit is to be transferred, directly after receiving the invoice, to our bank account SEB: 52012842755 SWIFT ADDRESS essesess –52012842755. If, due to late booking, we have not received your payment the day before the conference day, then payment by credit card upon arrival will be accepted. If these conditions are not met, your video conference will be cancelled. These conditions may be modified if we have a long-term business relationship with you and if an approved proposal on payment security can be agreed by both parties.
Cancellation of refreshments:
100% of the refreshments can be cancelled until 30 days before the conference without charge.
A further 10% reduction of the number of refreshments can be made up until 3 days before the conference day.
Any reduction of the number of refreshments made later than 3 days before the conference day will be charged at 100%.
If the whole conference is cancelled later than 30 days before the first conference day, we will charge 60% of the order value for the number of participants that was valid 30 days before the first day of the conference.
Cancellation of conference room:
A cancellation must be received in writing in order to be valid.
The cancellation charges below will only be charged if the conference room has not been re-let to somebody else.
Meeting / training rooms for up to 45 people
50% of the room rate will be charged for cancellations made 30-60 days before the first conference day.
100% of the room rate will be charged for cancellations made later than 30 days before the first conference day.
Lecture hall for 45 to 200 people
50% of the room rate will be charged for cancellations made 45-90 days before the first conference day.
100% of the room rate will be charged for cancellations made later than 30 days before the first conference day.
