Booking - is a binding order once you have received our confirmation and have not objected to it within a week.

Preliminary booking - we record your interest and we will then make three attempts to contact you before we allow someone else to book the room. If you are not contactable (due to leave, illness, meetings etc) your preliminary booking is not guaranteed and may be offered to another party without prior notice.

General inquiry - not binding for either party, we will answer questions, inform about availability and provide requested price information.

 

Availability updated four times a day and a booking is therefore only guaranteed once you have received a confirmation from Citykonferensen.
